What was the problem we had to solve?
The task was to write and produce such a video that would sift out candidates for jobs at Amsterdam Standard right from the start.
How did we solve this problem?
In addition to encouraging potential candidates, we also wanted to hook them on several other issues. First of all, we wrote the script in such a way that it strongly captures the soul of Amsterdam Standard. The film is shot in a narratively appealing way so that it intrigues and encourages candidates to act.
What is the result for Amsterdam Standard?
The film has resonated with the IT world. It increased the company’s visibility and, most importantly, allowed the company to recruit the right employees. Thanks to its uncompromising approach, Amsterdam Standard is hearing back from candidates who are already after a little screening. The work ethic and character of the company comes through to candidates after watching the video.
